Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OddsLine, including our website, logged-in product, public predictions pages, match analysis tools, AI features, and related content and support channels (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by Oddsline LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("OddsLine", "we", "us", or "our"), with its registered office at 30 N Gould St #49175, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

OddsLine is a football betting research and analytics workspace. Depending on the area of the Service you use, it includes:

• model-based probabilities and scoreline projections;
• odds comparison and market movement tools;
• match research, press summaries, and other contextual information;
• notebooks, shortlists, saved workspaces, and public prediction pages; and
• AI-generated answers and research assistance.

OddsLine is not a bookmaker, broker, gambling operator, or tipster service. We do not place bets for you, and we do not provide personalized betting, investment, legal, or financial advice.

You must be at least 18 years old, and legally permitted to access gambling-related analytical content in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

You may not:

• create an account using false or misleading information;
• share your account with any other person;
• allow multiple users to use a single paid account; or
• create additional accounts to evade restrictions, suspensions, trial limits, or billing obligations.

We may refuse registration, require additional verification, suspend access, or close an account if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

We may send you service-related communications, including account, billing, security, support, and product notices.

All information made available through OddsLine is provided for research and informational purposes only.

You remain solely responsible for:

• deciding whether to place a bet;
• choosing a bookmaker, market, stake, or strategy; and
• any financial loss, tax consequence, or other outcome arising from your decisions.

No model, market signal, article, public prediction, or AI response on OddsLine guarantees accuracy, profitability, or any particular outcome. Past performance and historical data do not guarantee future results.

OddsLine includes both free and paid areas. Without a paid subscription, you can access certain public pages and limited product features.

Upon account creation, new accounts receive a free trial that includes analysis for up to 10 upcoming matches together with limited AI usage. The trial ends when either usage limit is exhausted or when you start a paid subscription, whichever comes first. Unless we expressly say otherwise, the free trial:

• is offered once per unique user;
• is personal to the account that received it;
• is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash;
• does not roll over into a paid subscription; and
• can be changed, limited, or withdrawn by us at any time.

Finished-match content remains viewable without counting against trial usage, but it is read-only, it stops updating from kickoff, and it does not include AI access.

We may suspend or cancel free-trial access, or close related accounts, if we reasonably believe a user is abusing the trial, creating multiple accounts to obtain repeat trial access, sharing access, or otherwise attempting to bypass our commercial limits.

OddsLine offers paid subscription plans, including a Pro subscription that provides unlimited access to upcoming match analysis and a monthly allocation of AI credits. Plan features, billing cycles, and applicable fees are as displayed on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout at the time of purchase.

A paid subscription starts when your payment is successfully processed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout:

• the free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription;
• a paid subscription begins only if you actively complete the upgrade or purchase flow;
• monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled; and
• access to paid features continues until the end of the then-current paid billing period if you cancel renewal before the next charge.

Paid features, including AI functionality, are subject to reasonable fair-use, rate, and abuse-prevention limits.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any other amounts clearly disclosed at checkout using your selected payment method.

By completing a paid checkout flow, you acknowledge that your order creates an obligation to pay.

You agree that:

• your billing information will be truthful and complete;
• you are authorized to use the selected payment method; and
• we may suspend, downgrade, or cancel access if payment fails, is reversed, or is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

We may refuse or cancel a purchase in cases including pricing error, product availability issue, suspected fraud, misuse, sanctions or legal compliance concerns, or other legitimate operational reasons.

You can cancel renewal of your paid subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewal, but does not normally end the current paid period early. Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

We may occasionally change subscription prices. If we change the price of a recurring subscription, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice before the new price applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date.

We will review refund requests for payment errors, duplicate charges, or significant service-access problems caused by us.

Promotional or discounted offers are governed by the terms stated with the offer. If you cancel and later resubscribe, prior promotional or legacy pricing does not apply.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase, subject to the exceptions below.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right you have under applicable law.

Our subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content upon payment. If you wish to exercise your withdrawal right, contact hello@oddsline.io within 14 days of your purchase date with your account email, purchase date, and reason. We will review your request. A refund will only be considered if (a) the request is received within 14 days of purchase and (b) you have not used any paid features of the Service, including match analysis and AI credits. Requests received after 14 days, or where paid features have been used, will not be eligible for a refund.

AI responses are generated using automated systems and rely on model outputs, market data, public articles, and other third-party information.

AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must independently evaluate important facts before acting on them.

Some parts of the Service link to third-party news sources and media outlets. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their content, availability, or acts or omissions.

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial use, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You may not:

• use the Service in violation of applicable law or regulation;
• use the Service if you are under 18;
• scrape, harvest, mirror, copy, frame, or systematically extract content or data from the Service;
• use bots, scripts, auto-refresh tools, or other automated means to access the Service without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, probe, test, or interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service;
• upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or abusive traffic;
• share accounts, resell access, redistribute paid content, or republish confidential or paywalled materials from the Service;
• use the Service to build or support a competing product or commercial betting-content service; or
• abuse trial access, billing flows, support channels, or promotional offers.

We may monitor usage for security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, product analytics, and service improvement, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, branding, model outputs curated by us, site content, and compilation of data and features, is owned by Oddsline LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not permit you to:

• copy or redistribute substantial portions of the Service;
• reproduce paid or restricted content outside the Service;
• remove proprietary notices; or
• use our name, marks, or branding without prior written permission.

You can submit bug reports, suggestions, ideas, complaints, or other feedback through support channels.

By submitting feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, publish, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any lawful purpose. This does not reduce any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

Without limiting the above:

• we do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or continuously available;
• we do not guarantee that data, odds, model outputs, AI responses, or third-party materials will always be complete, current, or accurate; and
• we may add, remove, suspend, or change features, competitions, markets, or content at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddsline LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, or betting losses, arising out of or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• GBP 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer right.

You can stop using the Service at any time. If you want to close your account, contact support, subject to our legal retention obligations and our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate all or part of your access immediately if we reasonably believe that:

• you breached these Terms;
• your use creates security, fraud, legal, or operational risk;
• you abused trials, promotions, billing, or support processes; or
• continued access is not commercially or legally feasible.

Termination or suspension does not affect amounts already owed, rights that accrued before termination, or provisions of these Terms that by nature should survive termination.

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may also occasionally update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by email, through the product, or by posting an updated date above. Changes take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms unless a later date is specified.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the Service before the revised Terms take effect for you. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you continue to benefit from any mandatory protections granted to you by the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of those protections.

If you are not such a consumer, you and Oddsline LLC agree that the state or federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of any other right.

These Terms, together with any additional terms expressly presented to you at checkout or within a feature flow, and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
