Frequently asked questions
What happens after my 10 free matches are used?
You won't be able to create new analyses once your 10 free matches are used. Your existing notebooks, shortlists, and past results will remain available in read-only form. To continue creating new analyses, you can subscribe to Pro at any time.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. You can start your free trial without entering a credit card.
Do I get charged automatically when my trial ends?
No. Your free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. The paid Pro subscription only starts if you choose to upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
When will I be billed?
Your Pro subscription renews monthly based on the date you start your paid subscription. For example, if you subscribe on April 12, your next billing date will be May 12.
Do you offer refunds?
We generally do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed. If you were charged in error, billed more than once, or experienced a service issue that prevented access, contact us and we'll review the case.
Which leagues are supported?
We cover the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, the Championship, Champions League, Europa League, World Cup, and Euros. During the summer, we also cover Norway's Eliteserien and Sweden's Allsvenskan.
Is there an AI usage limit?
Pro includes a generous monthly AI Assistant allowance that covers typical research workflows for everyday users, and it resets at the start of each billing cycle. We apply a fair-use cap to prevent abuse, which most users never reach.
