9.International Data Transfers
Our core application database and backend services are hosted on Supabase infrastructure located in the United Kingdom.
Some of our service providers may process personal information outside your country, including in the United States or other jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ from those in your place of residence.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms made available by the relevant provider.
10.Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Our general retention approach is as follows:
- Account and profile data: retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure, unless longer retention is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Notebook notes, picks, shortlist data, and similar workspace content: retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure, subject to necessary legal or security retention.
- AI prompts and related interaction records: retained for up to 12 months to support feature continuity and abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymized.
- Support records: typically retained for up to 24 months after the support matter is closed, unless we need them longer for legal or operational reasons.
- Payment, subscription, tax, and accounting records: retained for up to 7 years or longer where required by law.
- Security logs, IP logs, and abuse-prevention records: typically retained for up to 12 months, unless we need them longer to investigate abuse, fraud, or legal claims.
- Error and performance monitoring records: typically retained for up to 90 days.
- Terms acceptance and age confirmation records: retained for as long as reasonably necessary to evidence transactions and dispute handling.
We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for longer where it no longer identifies you.
11.Account Deletion
You can request account deletion or account closure through Settings or by contacting support.
We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable period, and in any case within 30 days.
When an account deletion request is completed, we:
- delete or anonymize account and profile information that we no longer need;
- delete or anonymize saved product content linked to your identity, such as notes, picks, shortlists, and related account data;
- terminate active sessions where applicable; and
- retain only the information we must keep for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Deletion of an account does not automatically erase records that we are legally required to keep, such as certain billing or tax records.

- the right to access your personal information;

We do not collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we take reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the Service. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and, where appropriate, delete the information.
